Worship and Creativity are their main gifting, and they served as Creative Arts Directors beginning in 2010 at City On A Hill. Jeremy travels ministering in worship all over the America, including working alongside Dutch Sheets, Rick Pino, Damon Thompson and frequently at CFNI in Dallas, TX. Tandy is also a gifted worship leader, excels as our Executive Administrator, and has an extensive background as a state accredited elementary school teacher for over 10 years. They have three kids, Devin, Dylan and Mollie, and a Border Collie, Indie, who thinks she's a human.

Bishop Larry Mask

Larry and Irene Mask became the Lead Pastors of City On A Hill in 1991. They expanded the church greatly over a 25 year ministry through 2 major building campaigns, and adding a second Sunday service to accommodate the growth.  In October 2014 Pastor Irene was promoted to eternal life in Heaven due to an intense battle with pancreatic cancer. In February 2015, Bishop Mask installed new lead pastors, but remains a vital part of the ministry team as Overseer/Spiritual Father, CFO and Dean of City On A Hill School of Ministry. Larry lives on the South Side, where he was born and raised, and loves his 7 grandchildren with all of his heart.
